Nightingale is looking for an inside sales professional to work out of our office in Markham, ON. Candidates must be self-starters, highly motivated, have strong business acumen, experience in the healthcare industry and a proven ability to multi-task. You must demonstrate the initiative, aptitude and territory management skills to consistently exceed. Integrity, professionalism and a strong passion to make our customers successful are a must.

You must have at least 3 years of sales experience to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Need to have outstanding get up and go - calling prospects, generating leads, targeting Director and C-level healthcare executives across
  • Educate prospective clients on Nightingale’s products and services
  • Meet/exceed weekly quota for telephone appointment-setting objectives
  • Build Sales Pipeline
  • Efficiently manage the initial stages of sales cycles and sales process
  • Properly manage details through a CRM system
  • Demo and present Nightingale’s solutions over the web to prospective clients
  • Complete any other duties as assigned to support team or company goals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Post secondary education
  • Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience
  • Experience selling into the US market
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or have worked for a company in the software industry
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communications
  • Good knowledge of PC's: including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Outstanding presentation skills with ability to articulate conceptually
  • Strong team player
