Mortgage Underwriter/Document Fulfillment Specialist Start Date: September, 2009 Location: Toronto (Don Mills and York Mills) Job Summary: The mortgage underwriter is responsible for all new business that comes into the office; they prepare, underwrite and submit all files to the appropriate lender. In addition the underwriter will work closely with our mortgage agents and with clients to ensure that all files are completed before their deadline. Responsibilities: Preparing initial file for consultation Keeping up with lender products Database management Answering calls/Booking appointments Preparing weekly/monthly reports for sales meetings Working on projects as they are assigned Required Experience: Previous underwriting experience an asset 1-2 years in the mortgage industry AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) Designation an asset Compensation: Base Salary plus Bonus Please send all responses and resumes to: heather@safebridgefinancial.com |
