The AGM will be held in conjunction with the Seneca LEARN program – geared to assisting first-year students with their transition to College life. The Alumni Association and the LEARN program will be presenting a Networking workshop – teaching the skills and purpose of networking in everyday life.
Alumni are encouraged to attend. For those who struggle with networking in their professional lives, this is a great opportunity to learn more. Those who feel comfortable with networking help students gain a new set of skills.

Support Singing Senecans
Join your fellow Senecans and guests on a fun bus trip to Casino Rama which is a fundraiser for the Seneca choir (Seneca Singers). There is space for 40 passengers on the washroom-equipped bus. Date: November 18th (Sunday) Time: Leave Seneca at 10 am promptly, stay 5 hours at Rama, leaving at 5 pm to return to Seneca by 7 pm at the latest. Cost is $25 per person which includes the bus ride and buffet (value $20). Participants must be 19 and present photo ID at RAMA. Responsibilities:
- Need to have outstanding get up and go - calling prospects, generating leads, targeting Director and C-level healthcare executives across North America
- Educate prospective clients on Nightingale’s products and services
- Meet/exceed weekly quota for telephone appointment-setting objectives
- Build Sales Pipeline
- Efficiently manage the initial stages of sales cycles and sales process
- Properly manage details through a CRM system
- Demo and present Nightingale’s solutions over the web to prospective clients
- Complete any other duties as assigned to support team or company goals.
Skills & Experience:
- Post secondary education
- Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience
- Experience selling into the US market
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or have worked for a company in the software industry
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communications
- Good knowledge of PC's: including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Outstanding presentation skills with ability to articulate conceptually
- Strong team player
