You’ve done it! You worked hard, you graduated and you have started a new chapter in your life developing a fulfilling and successful career. Your career success is very important to Seneca. Seneca looks to the input of our graduates to help us continually improve our programs, our job search preparation services and our relationships with those who employ our new graduates.

In July, you will be asked to participate in a very important survey – the Graduate Satisfaction Survey. As part of the Ontario Key Performance Indicators (KPI), this completely confidential survey will tell us how satisfied you are with your college education in achieving your goals after graduation. It likewise focuses on your employment status and our programs’ success.

After completing this survey, you will be asked for your permission to share the contact information of your current employer so that they may be surveyed as well by Forum Canada, an external survey consultant. This is to find out how your employer feels about the educational preparation of Seneca graduates in meeting the employer’s needs. The Employer Satisfaction Survey is NOT an evaluation of your job performance, but more an evaluation of the College’s. This survey also helps us identify other areas or skills which our programs need to address in order to better prepare future graduates.
